Who you’ll speak to
Leon Pisani
Managing Director
White Hall Mortgages was established in 2023 with a simple idea: that arranging a mortgage should feel personal. When you get in touch, you speak with Leon directly, and the same person stays with you from first question to completion.
Whether you are buying for the first time, moving on, remortgaging or protecting your family, you will get straight answers, clear explanations and recommendations made around your circumstances.
Why use a mortgage broker rather than going to my bank?
A bank can only offer its own products. A broker can compare options from a range of lenders, explain the differences and manage the application for you, which can save time and help you find a mortgage suited to your circumstances.
How much could I borrow?
Many lenders lend around four to four-and-a-half times household income, with some going higher for certain applicants. The figure also depends on your outgoings, credit history and deposit. Our calculator gives an illustration; a conversation gives a proper answer.
When should I speak to you?
As early as possible. Talking before you start viewing helps you understand your budget, and for remortgages, around six months before your current deal ends gives time to compare options.
What documents will I need?
Usually photo ID, proof of address, recent payslips or accounts, bank statements and evidence of your deposit. We will give you a clear checklist based on your circumstances.
Let’s talk it through.
Every mortgage starts with a conversation. Tell Leon where you are and where you’d like to be, and we’ll take it from there, at your pace.
